Property Purchase

I wish to place on record my recent experience, post availing legal assistance from Advocate Srilatha Dixit (Mysore).

After identifying a property Ms. Srilatha Dixit was referred to me, by the Seller of the property himself. Being a lawyer myself, I was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable manner in which everything (all the way from vetting the title deeds and related documents, preparation of the final draft for review, expediting registration process at the ordained hour and concluding the whole process at the Sub Registrar’s office and handing over the entire set of original documents in the form of a well-indexed and categorized file) was taken all the way up to the finish.
